a-woman-sharp39-s-intuitionA woman intuition is the ability to sense something that is not readily evident, something without deducing that knowledge through reasoning. Many may rely on their intuition or a sixth sense for snap judgments and often life altering decisions. It’s the uneasy vibes you get that your lover is cheating, the gut feeling of something is wrong. It may come in the form of a dream or deja vu, yet a feeling many woman never doubt.

In the bible, this ability is call discernment. The purpose and truth of God and the operation of being in the spiritual realm.

“to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues.” 1st Corinthians 12:10

Jesus was intuitive. In the bible it has been told repeatedly that in His dealings with unrighteousness men, He knew “their thoughts” even though Jesus personally had no guile and no experience with sin. Abigail showed discerning intuition in her evaluation of the danger to her household from David and his men and in her wise intervention to protect her husband and his property. It’s a gift that all woman has and many use. Where it is frequently operated at the level of motive, the plans of a persons heart. Women can be closely aligned with dreams, visions and interpretation of natural signs. A woman’s intuition is regarded as a spiritual gifts and as such is subject to verification by the Word of God through multiple witnesses.

That moment one wakes up out of a deep sleep with a gut feeling, the dream one had of their spouse cheating, the strong negative vibe from a co-worker, is all from that spiritual connection with the Lord, that is feeding a woman’s intuition.
