I am the author of my own story. I have the power, through my words, to create the life I desire. Through my word sound, my life unfolds and I become what I believe myself to be.
God spoke the world into being. As reflections of God, we too, speak our world into being. Unfortunately, many of us do not fully understand the true power of our words.
The Power of Words [Slow Version]
How are you using your words? What are you telling yourself about you? Are you verbally abusing yourself because you have yet to lose that extra weight, find a good job, or because you are still in that relationship? Do you speak against yourself even when others compliment you? Do you speak on things in a negative way out of fear of the unknown?
It is time to “say what you mean and mean what you say.” Change the way in which you see yourself. Love you as you are. Think good thoughts and speak positive words. Don’t use your words to destroy yourself. You are the only you this world will ever know, and you owe it to yourself to love you no matter. I have included a small affirmation that you can do in the morning and in the evening that will help you engage yourself in a more positive and empowered manner.

Words have the power to uplift and destroy. They are a representation of our thoughts. In order for us to speak good things into our lives, we must think about good things.
I am an amazing work of art.
I am unique and special.
I am everything I was created to be.
I love me and will do all I can to honor myself.
I am greatness manifested.
